Where accepted cases sit in the Clio matter lifecycle. Stages are managed in Clio and normally sync here via webhook; if a card looks out of date, click ↻ Reconcile from Clio to pull the live stages. Click a card to open the case.
Loading Clio matters…
Live view of every Clio matter in our practice area. A green border means the portal already has a case card for it. Tick any un-synced matter (must have a client email in Clio) and click Bring into portal to create the case card + send the welcome / portal link — the quiz is never sent. Matters without an email show a badge and can't be auto-onboarded.
